About this document This policy describes the FreshDMart demonstration website and its current features. It is general information, not legal advice. Before using FreshDMart in production, the operator should have this document reviewed and adapted to its business, location, and applicable law.
01Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using FreshDMart, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must have authority to act for any business you represent and be legally able to enter into agreements under the laws that apply to you.

- Do not misrepresent your identity, authority, business, or intentions.
02The marketplace service
FreshDMart provides pages for exploring product listings, supplier profiles, and buyer requests. The current website is a demonstration using sample records. Some account, messaging, inquiry, quotation, and submission features are illustrative or may not be connected to a production service.
FreshDMart is not a party to negotiations or transactions between buyers and suppliers. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, FreshDMart does not act as an agent, broker, representative, or guarantor for a user.
03Accounts and access
Account creation and sign-in screens on the demonstration website do not create or authenticate production accounts. Do not submit real passwords or sensitive information through demonstration forms.
If account services are enabled in a future release, you will be responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, providing accurate account information, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use through an available support channel.
04Listings and user content
Users are responsible for the content they submit or publish, including product descriptions, prices, specifications, photographs, business details, and buying requests. Content must be accurate to the best of the user’s knowledge, lawful, and not misleading.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit content and grant FreshDMart a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, display, reproduce, and format it as needed to operate and present the service. This permission ends when the content is removed, subject to technical backups and legal requirements.
05Prohibited use
You may not use FreshDMart to:
- Violate laws, regulations, sanctions, court orders, or another person’s rights.
- Post fraudulent, deceptive, counterfeit, unsafe, or materially misleading offers or requests.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, or interfere with another user’s access.
- Harvest personal information, send unsolicited bulk messages, or misuse contact details.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, confidentiality, or other intellectual property rights.
- Circumvent reasonable security measures or use automated access in a way that burdens or harms the service.
06Inquiries, quotations, and transactions
Users must independently evaluate counterparties, products, credentials, samples, specifications, prices, payment instructions, shipping arrangements, and applicable laws before proceeding. A listing or request is not a guarantee that a product is available or that a user will respond.
Do not rely solely on information displayed on FreshDMart to make a purchasing, payment, export, or compliance decision. Any contract for goods or services is between the relevant buyer and supplier.
07FreshDMart materials
The website’s design, branding, software, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. Except as allowed by law or by written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from protected materials. See the Copyright Policy for reporting information.
08Availability and changes
The website is provided as available. Features, content, and availability may change, be suspended, or be removed. FreshDMart may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance. Nothing in these terms requires the demonstration website to maintain a particular feature or uptime.
09Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FreshDMart is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FreshDMart does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, quality, safety, legality, or availability of user listings, counterparties, or transactions.
To the extent permitted by law, FreshDMart is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from user content, user conduct, or transactions between users. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10Responsibility for claims
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these terms, or content you submit that infringes another person’s rights. This section does not apply where the loss was caused by FreshDMart’s own conduct or where applicable law prohibits it.
11Governing law and disputes
The operator has not specified a governing-law jurisdiction or dispute forum for this demonstration website. Before production use, the operator should identify the correct contracting entity, governing law, venue, and any mandatory consumer or commercial rights in a reviewed version of these terms.
12Changes and contact
