About this document This policy describes the FreshDMart demonstration website and its current features. It is general information, not legal advice. Before using FreshDMart in production, the operator should have this document reviewed and adapted to its business, location, and applicable law.

01Copyright and ownership

Copyright protects original works such as photographs, illustrations, text, video, software, and page design. FreshDMart and its licensors retain rights in the materials they own. Marketplace users retain rights in content they create, subject to any permissions they grant to operate the service.

A listing on FreshDMart does not transfer copyright ownership or grant other users a general right to copy or reuse that content.

02Permitted use of the website

You may view and use publicly available pages for legitimate personal or internal business evaluation, subject to these terms and applicable law. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from protected content without permission, unless a legal exception applies.

Product names, company names, logos, and other marks may be protected by trademark or other rights even when they appear in a listing.

03Content submitted by users

Before uploading or submitting content, make sure you own it or have permission to use it for the intended purpose, including its display in a public business listing. Do not upload images, catalogues, text, or logos copied from another source without authorization.

By submitting content to a future production service, users would need to grant the permissions described in the Terms of Use so FreshDMart can host and display the content. The current website is a demonstration; it does not provide production content-upload workflows.

04How to report alleged infringement

A report should identify the protected work and the material alleged to infringe it with enough detail for review. Include:

  • Your name and a reliable way to contact you; for an organization, identify your role.
  • A description of the copyrighted work and, where possible, a link or other reference showing the original.
  • The exact FreshDMart page URL and a description of the specific material you believe infringes the work.
  • A statement explaining your ownership or authority to act for the rights holder.
  • A good-faith statement that the reported use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law.
  • A statement that the information in the report is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it.

05Review and possible action

A complete report may be reviewed and, where appropriate, referred to the person who submitted the material. FreshDMart may remove or restrict access to content while reviewing a credible complaint, request additional information, or decline to act where a report is incomplete or does not show infringement.

Submitting a report does not guarantee removal or a particular outcome. Knowingly making false or materially misleading claims may have legal consequences.

06Responses and counter-notices

A person whose content is removed may provide a response explaining why the material is authorized or was removed in error. Any formal counter-notice process, deadlines, required statements, and disclosure rules depend on applicable law and must be specified by the operator before production launch.

07Where to send a report

The Contact page on this demonstration website does not transmit messages. No monitored copyright-agent email or postal address has been supplied for this project, so a report submitted through the demo form will not be received. The operator must publish a functioning copyright contact channel and any legally required agent details before relying on this policy.

08Updates

This policy may be updated as the service and applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
